Kathy Stoughton, M. Ed., helps wonderful,
appreciative families prepare their kids for the best opportunities possible. She specializes in math and other
critical career skills. Over the past several years, Kathy has helped dozens of students (and past employees) succeed
far beyond what they thought they could do. Part of her strategy is to blend her 20 years of experience in
frontline and frontline management into creating individualized solutions for each of her students.
As
the author of several modern day fables and other books, Kathy has shared her stories with dozens of students to teach
them some of the little hidden secrets to success in today's world.

Over 20 years frontline (and frontline management) experience in technology, retail and financial industries. Successfully
implemented many new products - including those of the digital revolution in the financial sector. Helped
several companies and organizations create new opportunities and new marketplaces. Helped talented people
take on greater challenges and create better opportunities for themselves and their families.
She
spent the last five years studying and working with individual students to understand the real issues.
During that time, she tutored many age brackets in multiple topics including literacy development, math, science
and more to gain experience. She has observed in lots of classrooms. Today, in addition to helping teens
acquire important math and career skills, she helps them open doors to opportunities that may not have existed a few years
ago.
Self taught in much of todays' technology. Specializes in finding ways to adapt existing technology
to create lower cost solutions. Was the initiator of more cost effective solution in her nephews'
elementary school.
