The world has changed. New technology and new jobs
are already replacing old ones. That scares a lot of people and they don't always handle it properly. New
technology has created challenges that didn't exist a few decades ago. It has also created a lot of amazing opportunities
for people who learned the right skills. School is only one part of the journey. Teens who take advantage of what
schools can provide and supplement with the right skills can create a wonderful life for themselves at a very affordable price.
Here is some information to consider. Hope it helps.
Something to Note: The biggest change - the internet - is a wonderful resource.
However, it has some serious drawbacks that can make today's world seem very overwhelming and scary. Yet, not all
of the world is as advertised on the internet. There are a lot of good things going on that aren't publicized.
It all depends where people are looking. Seriously, would a sports team publish their best plays on the internet?
Then, why assume everyone else is? Teens who can tell the difference between what information is real and what information
is being used to manipulate them have more success and far less stress.
Please remember that no person or organization can be all things to all people.
Everyone is different. It is up to parents and teens
to decide what they learn to do.
Learning the right
skills can make all the difference.
