Stress Relief!

The world is different than it was several decades ago.   Today's reality is that a lot of adults have made some interesting choices about their priorities and you have to live with their choices.  Are you actually sure their choices were or are in your best interests?  How do know?  How will you  protect yourself from the choices that harm you?

Here are a few more questions to ask yourself:

How do you know which colleges (or employers or politicians, etc.) actually care about you and which ones just use sophisticated strategies to serve their own agendas at your expense?

How will you learn how to protect yourself from other people's inappropriate behavior?
How will you know which adults don't even know they are lying to you?

As you decide what skills you are going work hard to acquire, please remember a very important secret - that what people decided to learn or prioritize was really up to them.   (Think that through, do you really believe everyone is fooled by other adult's poor choices?)
